1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Initiate a Return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a return label was provided by us).

Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@shejustagirl.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
